Ingredients (makes 8 servings/ 2 cups)- 1 cup sour cream (230 g/ 8.1 oz)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (60 g/ 2.1 oz)
- 1 small bunch cilantro (15 g/ 0.5 oz)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed (14 g/ 0.5 oz)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (60 ml/ 2 fl oz)
- 3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil (45 ml/ 1.5 fl oz)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
